Solicitor/ Licensed Conveyancer
Our Client is looking for a service led professional, with the skills and qualifications to help grow and expand their vision. Having seen significant growth in the last 3 years, this residential conveyancing company are looking for someone who is self sufficient at handling their own case load in a fast paced environment, with the relevant experience and accuracy to deal with any issues or enquiries raised throughout the conveyancing process.
A successful candidate must be either a residential property solicitor, legal executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced conveyancing fee earner with a minimum of 2 years file handling experience.
Conveyancers applying for this role must be well versed handling a volume caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception through to post completion. Your experience will include: sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, new build, leasehold flats, auction properties and more complex registered and unregistered titles.
