Service Administrator

Salary - GBP22,000 - GBP24,000
This is an exciting opportunity has become available to be part of a growing and established team
You will provide the administrative function in the service department, ensuring all costing and invoicing takes place in an accurate and timely manner, in line with manufacturer requirements.
Key attributes for the role:-
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
• Good customer service skills with basic technical understanding
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• IT literate
* Need to to adhere to Company and Manufacturer policies
* Liaising with the Manufacturer, credits and all Warranty aspects
Responsibilities:
• To review job documentation (job cards) and process work in conjunction with manufacturer's standard text and times
• To administer and process warranty claims to the manufacturer in accordance with manufacturer and dealership procedures
• To work in conjunction with other team members providing support and working towards department objectives
• To ensure accurate submission of warranty claims on a daily basis
YOU MUST HAVE MOTOR TRADE EXPERIENCE
