Lead Software Developer

This fast growing, recently-funded, AI-driven start up in Cambridge is seeking a Lead Software Developer specialising in JavaScript based in their Cambridge office.

If successful, you will be responsible for taking a lead role in the development of their software platform as they aim for end-end automation of the expert identification and connection process, disrupting the market research sector.

The tech stack includes Angular/Node and React front-end, as well as core algorithms (written in Python). The tech team also works closely with the business development team to ensure that development and strategy always align with the needs of their customers and internal platform users.

Responsibilities include

- Working closely with the tech team to develop new features and modules of our platform to improve functionality and value for customers
- Work independently and creatively to solve problems and devise solutions, ensuring that the platform is continually improving and becoming more valuable, defensible, and scalable

Requirements

- Java Script software development experience
- React familiarity

Beneficial

- Prior experience in SaaS product development
