The Early Years Teaching Assistant
You will be supporting teachers in and out of class across the Early Years phase. The school is hoping that the chosen Early Years Teaching Assistant will develop the confidence to lead classes independently, making this role perfect preparation for teacher training! You will hold a UK degree and will also have demonstrable knowledge and experience with working with young people.
The Early Years Teaching Assistant will assist in the social and educational development of pupils under the relative curriculum for EYFS. You will take pupils in groups and 1:1 sessions for reading and spelling and to also use indoor and outdoor learning space to raise motor, social and language skills.
