Working independently and providing support and guidance to the team of Technicians and MOT Testers, you will be a vital part of the management team on site.

This position has arisen in the Cheltenham / Gloucester area, and applications are invited from candidates with relevant experience in the industry.

We are looking for;

Minimum 1 years' current experience in a Diagnostic or Master Technician position.
Experience of advanced diagnostic principles to establish electrical, mechanical and electronic faults.
Good understanding/experience of repairing core vehicle systems including engine transmission, electrical systems, braking, steering, suspension, fuel injection & emissions.
Logical problem-solving skills.
The ability to interact with our customers effectively; especially when explaining complex faults.
Act on your own initiative and take responsibility for the quality of your own work.

The willingness to constantly learn and be able to improve your own performance and that of the business.
