National Hotel Sales Manager (Ramada & Days Inn). Welcome Break

Starting Salary GBP40,000 plus bonus & excellent benefits

As a National Hotel Sales Manager, you would manage a small team to deliver growth in Corporate Sales & Group Business. Manage and develop existing client relationships of key and national accounts in order to drive revenue from the segment. Identify and acquire new accounts. Develop and implement tactical offers and lead in contracting negotiations. Liaise closely with Brand Global Sales Team to grow contribution through the Brand.

National Hotel Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop & manage existing accounts
  • Lead new business prospection to acquire new accounts
  • Lead rate negotiations, contracting and price benchmarking
  • Develop and Implement tactical offers
  • Produce regular and ad hoc analysis and reports
  • Contribute to the development of the Ramada & Days Inn strategy

National Hotel Sales Manager - Required:

  • Outbound, Hotel & B2B sales experience
