Now, we are looking for an Audiology Assistant to join us on a part time basis, based at our RD&E Wonford & Harlequins Centre location.

Your Role: 

As an Audiology Assistant, you will be tasked with providing a proactive and friendly clinic service for patients who need help with their hearing aids. 

You will also manage and maintain the postal aspect of the service, responding to mailed queries and sent items. Additionally, you will manage the goods receipt and invoice element of our audiology service. 

About You: 

To be considered as an Audiology Assistant, you will need: 

- At a minimum, GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or above 
- Good IT skills 
- Good communication skills 
- A reliable nature 
- A robust attitude and the ability to work in a high volume environment 

Ideal candidates will have data entry experience; however, this is by no means essential. 

This role is suitable for those who have held the role of, or want to become, an Audiology Assistant, Clinic Assistant, Hearing Support Assistant, Hearing Clinic Assistant, Hearing Aid Support Assistant, or Medical Service Assistant. 

This is a part time role, working 27.5 hours per week, on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8am – 6pm.
