Our outstanding client, is recruiting a Service Advisor to join their new dealership in the Canterbury area. This client prides itself on delivering a consistently high standard of customer service at all time. If successful, you will be a highly valued member of the team and will be responsible for communication between the customer and the workshop.
The role includes:
* Meeting and greeting customers on a daily basis
* Handling customer enquiries both in person and over the phone and to schedule service appointments
* Talking to customers about the services provided and what problems they are experiencing with their vehicles
* Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out
* Monitoring the repair work to make sure the vehicle will be ready when promised and contacting the customer if any delays are expected
* Upselling of service plans and additional service work where appropriate and beneficial for the customer
* Effectively communicate to customers about the services being offered and to deal with customer service on an excellent level
* Documenting the repairs using the in-house computer software package
What are we looking for?
* It is essential you have previous experience working within customer service
* A person who can stay focused in pressured situations with a positive attitude
* You need to be able to work on your own as well as in a team
* Have strong computer skills
* Presentable with a professional personality
In return you will get:
* A basic salary between GBP20,000 to GBP22,000 with GBP25,000 OTE
* Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturdays on a rota
