Head Chef -Up to GBP35k + bonus. Hove - French Bistro

Dynamic and creative experienced Head Chef required for busy Bistro in Hove. Must have flair, finesse, attention to detail and meticulous presentation. To be considered, you will ideally have the following:

* Ability to manage a busy service whilst remaining calm
* Strong experience on all sections including pastry
* Work closely with the owner on dish development and menu creation
* Continually train and develop junior members of the team
* Financially astute
* Have flare and attention to detail in food presentation
* Be highly motivated and the ability to motivate the rest of the team
* Confident communicator with back and front of house

In return, you will receive a generous salary of up to GBP35,000 incl. a GP led bonus with an average working week of 45-50 hours and 2 days off
