General Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Key areas of responsibility

  • Support the achievement of team and departmental revenue and unit objectives.
  • Ensure achievement of revenue and unit targets.
  • To proactively encourage growth and development within a defined base of partners.
  • Manage the renewal process and maximise partner retention rate.
  • Consistently perform against KPI's and Departmental Standards set.
  • Maximise all cross sell opportunities.
  • Take responsibility for maintaining their own product and procedural knowledge.
  • Provide telephone sales support to both internal and external customers and partners.
  • Ensure that feedback is relayed to Team Manager should any of the standards or procedures require change due to system or business requirements.
  • Build sales pipeline with open questioning and investigation of all sales opportunities.
  • Any other duties as instructed by the Team Manager within the parameters of the role.
  • To provide accurate pricing and information across the range of products.
  • To support Business Partner retention rates through achieveing a mix of inbound calls, emails and proactive calls prior to the contracts being renewed, and also following up after the renewal has been issued to secure payments.

Key Deliverables & KPI's

  • Deliver 100% of revenue, unit & retention targets allocated to you on a monthly and Quarterly basis.
  • Deliver accuracy when order processing and fulfilment of orders
  • Achieve a minimum of 100% penetration of your call out lists on a monthly basis (where applicable).
  • Be proactive and responsible in enhancing your knowledge, skills and abilities through effective personal development
  • Deliver accurate forecasts to support revenue target on a weekly and monthly basis

Education/Experience Requirements:

Skills & Knowledge

  • Fluent in German
