Project Manager, Account Manager - Large Format / Digital Print
JOB ROLE: Project and Account Manager
LOCATION: Bromley
SALARY: GBP25K-GBP35K depending on experience
My client is a well-established company within the large format print / Digital Print industry, they have expertise and knowledge to adapt to any kind of project. Well-known for their first class, award winning projects, they work with a broad range of clients across a number of different sectors. They are looking for a Project Manager / Account Manager with Large Format / Digital Print experience to join their ever-growing team!
The Project Manager / Account Manager within Large Format and Digital Print will have the following responsibilities;
• The delivery of designated projects, on time, to specification and to budget
• Managing key accounts and upselling and cross-selling - targeted on growth of accounts
• Preparing quotations, liaising and scheduling with the design and production team
• Overseeing the process of the production of Large Format Graphics and Digital Print, taking full responsibility of the process
• Managing budgets effectively, maximising opportunities to maintain / improve margin
• Acting as the direct client contact, whilst effectively communicating between departments
• Interpret briefs and deliver to various departments, including Studio and Production
• Manage all timescales, ensuring the client is fully briefed on progress with status reports
• Oversee the job sheet process to ensure all specification detail is correct and that all departments are briefed and clear on expectations
• Comply with all company policies and procedures in relation to health and safety at work
Ideally, a Project Manager / Account Manager will possess:
• 3+ years' experience within the large format and Digital Print Industry, preferably from PM, Contract Management, or Account Manager role
• Previous experience managing accounts
• Previous experience of managing projects from initial brief through to completion
• Excellent client service skills.
