Are you a skilled generalist HR leader?

Do you want to go home at the end of the day knowing you have helped to make a difference in people's lives and the communities they live in; by supporting the business through leading a proactive HRM function?

Our client is a group of companies that work toward the collective goal of improving homes and communities. They are a charity and a social enterprise.

They are looking for a Group HR Manager who is committed to providing excellent customer service, motivational team leadership, information, support and advice on all human resource, payroll and employee relations' issues to management and staff.

Your primary purpose will be to deliver their first corporate plan principle by ensuring their people are, motivated, skilled and able to deliver for their customers, through the implementation of their group HR strategy and working to ensure high levels of employee engagement.

Leading a fully comprehensive HRM consultancy and change management service for the group, covering but not limited to restructuring, TUPE, variation of contract and other change programmes, you will also maintain full compliance with current employment legislation, GDPR and good practice at all times.

You should be a chartered member of the CIPD, a CIPD graduate or have relevant, proven operational experience covering all areas of generalist HRM; with previous experience of people management, performance analysis, reward, recognition, reporting and writing HR policies and procedures. It is also important that you are familiar with TUPE and redundancy consultation and are comfortable working with a diverse client base across a group company.

The successful candidate will be required to work outside of Head Office when required so a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
