Swinton, Covering Greater Manchester Area
40 Hours per week
Our client are a dynamic, ambitious housing association, providing affordable homes and services to over 16,000 customers across the North West.
They've got an exciting opportunity for a construction professional to come and join their team and help them to carry out all aspects of joinery, plumbing, plastering.
So if you have a passion for delivering quality service ??? they want to hear from you!
Working in their Responsive Repairs /Empty Homes Team, covering areas across Greater Manchester, you will help them to deliver an efficient service, fitting kitchens and bathrooms including pipe work.
By undertaking required maintenance on a day- to-day basis, you will conduct this to a high standard and comply with all relevant Health & Safety legislation.
With experience of working in a similar role, you will hold an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in joinery, on-site experience and sound building and construction knowledge.
