Landscaper

We are recruiting for experienced Landscapers in the Northampton area who will be working on new build housing sites completing a variety of tasks as detailed below and split :
Team A Soft Landscaper (Soft Landscaping Team)
Soft Landscaping - Preparing the ground, turfing, planting shrubs and trees.
Team B Hard Landscaper (Hard Landscaping Team)
Hard Landscaping - Laying paving, patios, decking as well as turfing as required.
Team C Fencer (Fencing Team)
Digging holes, concreting in posts and installing fencing.
Team D Landscaper (Landscaping Team)
Specific to show homes following plans to lay turf, plant shrubs and trees as well as fencing, patio laying, decking, paving depending on what the plans call for on the specific property.
Team E Landscape Maintenance / Gardener (Garden Maintenance Team)
Maintaining the soft landscaping on Show Homes and also responsible for upkeep of gardens for landscaped properties that are either for sale or about to be moved into.
Requirements : All roles will require a driving licence and transport so you can get to the depot each morning, from here you will be driven with your Supervisor to the sites and work alongside the Supervisor to complete all tasks. .
Wage and Holidays : On offer is a basic salary of between GBP18,000.00 and GBP20,000 based on working a 42.5 hour week, there will be regular overtime earning opportunity, the role is permanent / full time and comes with four weeks paid holiday plus a pension scheme and career progression opportunities.
