My Client, a stunning and very popular Hotel and wedding venue in Gloucester are currently looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join their great team. This is a fantastic venue and an amazing opportunity for a Senior chef to join a great business. They are renowned for their excellent food offering, their fantastic location, their stunning building and stylish bedrooms.
Senior Sous Chef - Hotel - Role Responsibility
As Senior Sous chef you will be a natural leader and be responsible for the kitchen in the absence of the heads chef. You will deputise and ensure food quality, standards and discipline and assist with menu creation and development.
* Be preparing and serving exceptional food from fresh ingredients
* Menu creation and development
* Competent on all kitchen management
* Have superb attention to detail
* Be a great team member and leader
Senior Sous Chef - Hotel - The Ideal Candidate
* Be a Sous Chef as a similar level for over 1 year
* Experience in doing over 100 covers daily to high standards
* Have a genuine passion for exceptional fresh seafood
* Enthusiastic and ambitious by nature
* Communicate effectively at all levels
* Excellent attention to detail and standards
Benefits:
* 45-50hrs per week working 5 days from 7
* GBP28k + Tips
