HGV Class 1 / Class 2 Drivers - Avonmouth Ref - DPH

NEWLY QUALIFIED HGV/LGV (C+E) (C LICENCE) CLASS 1/CLASS 2 DRIVERS WELCOME!

Staffline are delighted to be appointed as the sole supplier to one of the UK's leading third party logistics companies, at their automotive distribution centre based in Avonmouth, and are looking to recruit reliable and experienced (C+E) Class 1 and (C licence) Class 2 drivers to fill positions for an ongoing contract to start immediately.

You will be required to attend our client's assessment and upon completion you will be rewarded with ongoing work, full or part time with additional weekend or ad hoc shifts to suit. We will be able to offer you a long term fixed contract basis, with a regular start times, working from Tuesday to Saturday. This exciting role involves delivering car parts to car dealer ships and trunking of products to and from suppliers to each manufacturing facility across the UK. The drivers who are willing to work from Tuesday to Saturday will take a priority due to the high demand for these days. There will be a minimal manual labour required with full training provided. These opportunities require only drivers of the highest calibre in terms of presentation and skills. Each successful driver will be rewarded with an excellent working environment and pay, flexible working options and long term assignment.

The rates for HGV Class 1 and Class 2 Ltd Company Drivers are as follows:

• Tuesday to Friday - GBP14.25 per hour
• Saturday - GBP15.25 per hour

Only HGV category C+E drivers will qualify. You must have no more than 6 penalty points for driving offences and no driving bans. References to cover the last 3 years will be required.
