Senior Customer Advisor

Want a foot in the door with a market leading client based in the outskirts of Leeds? Our client is looking to grow their team with 2 additional full time Senior Customer Advisors for an immediate start. This is for long term temp work with the potential to go perm.

This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career to become a senior advisor and to develop your experience in more of a technical capacity.

As a Senior Advisor you will:
" Be responsible for dealing with the companies most prestigious accounts
" Delivering and tailoring your service in line with each client's contract and Service Level Agreement.
" Act as a first point of contact in the instance of any fault investigations
" Booking jobs and engineers as and when required following your fault diagnosis
" Accurate and efficient document administration

We're looking for candidate who enjoy a responsible role and who pride themselves on giving a good service! Our client wants candidates who will join the team and strive towards their common goal of impeccable customer care.

In return our client offers an hourly rate of £10
Very accessible office location, close to public transport and car parking on site
Full system training
Flexible full time office hours between 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
