Service Manager - Wigan

An exciting and new opportunity for a Service Manager has arisen to manage and develop semi-independent accommodation and outreach services to Young People in Wigan.

As Service Manager you will be providing high quality care to Young People leaving care, providing them with the resources and support they need to the transition to fully independence. You will manage a small team of Outreach Support Workers, managing rotas and holidays and be liaising with local authorities and local external support services to develop your network.

This opportunity would suit someone with extensive experience working within residential who can develop and deliver a service of semi-independent group living, one-to-one housing or outreach. You will be a proactive, passionate and motivated individual with the ability to think outside the box.

You will hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and hold a full UK Driving License.
