Overview
If you are self motivated, with good leadership skills and are looking for a challenge, Tunbridge Wells Borough Council has an exciting opportunity for you to lead the Executive Directorate Team.
The smooth running of the Executive Directorate is essential in terms of the Council’s reputation with residents, partners and other stakeholders. This unique position will lead a team of six to manage the Executive Directorate, which is responsible for the administrative support to the Chief Executive, Leader of the Council and Mayor, along with the Council’s Management Team. In addition to leading and developing the team, the successful candidate will work as Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive and Leader of the Council, providing efficient, high-level, day-to-day support.
