This is an excellent opportunity for a Full-time bookkeeper with Sage experience and a passion for fashion industry to join a thriving trimming wholesaler in an exciting and challenging role!!!
Responsibilities include:-
- Working as part of the Accounts team
- Matching, scanning, coding, inputting and authorising invoices .
. Maintaining database and raising Purchase orders, Sales orders etc.
- Import and Export documents matching with projects/departments
- Liaising with suppliers & customers and dealing with their account queries
. Handling samples from the Far East
- Reconciling suppliers & customers account statements
- Assisting with chasing up invoices, and entering invoices using Sage Line 50
- Helping in year-end process
- Printing, sorting and distributing invoices within the team
- Dealing with incoming phone calls, e-mails and correspondence
- Assisting the team with any ad hoc duties.
Skills and Attributes:-
- Must be IT Literate (Excel and Sage Line 50 essential)
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and perform ad hoc admin duties and other accounting jobs
- Highly numerate
- Must have at least 2(two) years proven Sage & Accounts experience
