Sales Negotiator- Basildon- Part Time- Immediate Start- GBP12/GBP15 p/h
My client is one of the UK's leading residential developers who are seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their business on one of their projects in Basildon and sell their award winning new homes.
This client builds and sells brand new properties and are looking for somebody with Sales experience in property to be based on one of their sales and marketing suites and guide new sellers through the stages of buying a home. We are looking for someone with previous experience of selling New Homes to a diverse customer base. The successful candidate will be working approximately 2/3 days a week (weekends included). Applicants must be available to start this weekend.
Responsibilities:
