Prism 7 Recruitments corporate hospitality division are currently representing their client in Windsor to recruit a Food and Beverage Manager to join their team. The hotel offers a wide range of conference and meeting space alongside the luxury hotel rooms.
The role of the Food & Beverage Manager
You will be working with the Food and Beverage team to ensure the smooth running of the department, make sure guests have orders taken in a timely manner, motivate and drive the team and deal with customer feedback. This is a very hands on position where you will be moving between restaurant and bar. Ensure training is given to staff and always push standards forward.
Required experience of the Food & Beverage Manager
* Menu planning
* Working to budgets and targets
* Ensuring guest and employee satisfaction
* Leading the F&B team
* Planning and forecasting future sales and revenue opportunities
* The ability to process and turn a department round
* Previous 4* F&B hotel management experience in a similar role and would ideally be used to working in a hands on busy role.
