An opportunity has become available for you to join the team as a Systems Lead for SharePoint.

In this exciting role you will be responsible for the development of SharePoint for Group Property, providing subject matter expertise on future direction options and technical leadership. Your goal is to drive adoption and change in how we work, increasing automation of routine tasks and improving our efficiency and effectiveness.

This role includes taking existing reporting and developing new functionality based on SharePoint, as well as working with the functions to develop new work-flow enabled solutions within SharePoint to meet their needs.

Key accountabilities:

Working closely with Property Information leadership to align the future use of SharePoint to the overall strategic direction of the function, identifying and driving areas where SharePoint can improve working efficiencies and outcomes.

Working closely with colleagues to understand their data and propose ways to work more efficiently using SharePoint, Investigating working practices and identifying opportunities for automation of and improvements to activities using SharePoint.

Using experience of SharePoint from previous roles, demonstrate how working practices can change through the improved use of SharePoint tools.

Working with other areas of RR to establish communities of practice, best practice sharing.

Developing an implementation plan for future SharePoint enhancements and integration (continuous improvement).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics or equivalent.

MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer): Data Management and Analytics.

Experience of SharePoint configuration (Lists, Libraries, Sites and Pages).

Relevant work experience in business information environment.

Ability to manage internal customers and supplier organisations.

Ability to lead or manage a small team of people (project team) in the execution of a project.
