Serviced Apartment Executive

Due to an exciting period of growth and imminent expansion plans an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our winning team.

You will play a pivotal role in converting incoming enquiries into successful accommodation bookings allowing you to make that all important commission! Please see a list of daily actions, which is not limited to the following:

• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Serviced Apartments
• Promoting all direct bookings for all properties
• Working alongside a multi-disciplinary team of staff, including contractors, cleaners,
• external maintenance staff and the reservations team
• Booking in the departure cleans and re-fresh cleans
• Checking apartments ready for handover
• Placement of Welcome packs and other additional order items to include, toiletries, towels, water etc
• Booking of maintenance staff when required
• Accurate logging of all housekeeping and maintenance on the Kigo reservation system
• Develop strong relationships with landlords and guests
• Ability to take on further units for Property Management
• Maximising all opportunities for direct bookings with guests
• Keeping ahead of developments in customer service
• Learning about the organisations products and services and keeping up to date w3ith changes
• Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
• Communicating courteously with customers telephone, email letter and face to face
• Investigating and solving customers problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems

Salary - GBP17000 plus commission and discretionary bonus

Hours are Monday-Friday 12pm-8pm (where weekend work is required you will receive a day off in lieu)

Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate nust be a driver with access to own vehicle.
