A natural leader, with proven results in strategic growth and development to shape, lead and drive our hospitality and corporate services offering. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, hardworking and diverse management team at a time of unprecedented growth in the history of CMG. A newly created position, as Head of Hospitality and Corporate Services you will lead and drive the hospitality and corporate services offering of the Confetti Media Group (CMG). Consequently, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of a diverse range of products, services and teams. Therefore, it is critical that you have experience in managing the strategic and operational elements of a diverse, multi-site hospitality operation. You will have extensive experience running a successful hospitality environment in a senior level role. With a thorough knowledge and understanding of managing a similar operation, including financial and commercial responsibility, leading and developing a large, diverse team to work collaboratively delivering an excellent, cost effective service. If you have a hospitality background in a senior level role, are commercially orientated whilst also balancing the needs of the organisation with requirements of the customer we would like to hear from you!
