Property Manager

Revive Recruitment, Chester are supporting an expanding and respected business within the property sector with their recruitment of a Property Manager.

POSITION: Property Manager

SALARY: OTE GBP19,000 per annum

LOCATION: Chester City Centre

If you hold experience of working within Lettings or Property and believe in providing exceptional levels of Customer Service, then we would like to hear from you!

The position will consist of:

• Managing the property portfolio throughout the UK.
• Dealing with maintenance issues.
• Completing property inspections and inventories.
• Dealing with tenant enquiries and complaints.
• Checking out tenants at the end of their tenancy agreements.
• Handling deposits.
• Dealing with rental payments.
• Organising rental arrears and attending meetings.
• Management of safety certificates.

Skills and Experience required to apply:

• Property Management experience.
• A confident communicator, who is able to make decisions.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Motivated and organised.
• A desire to show initiative.
• Full UK driving license.
