We have an opportunity to work for a very well-established and successful business in Norwich as a Training Coordinator on a 12 month contract. This exciting position will form a key role in Training and HR Team and contribute to the development of the processes within the Training department.

Working as part of a busy team, the role will support the overall management and coordination of learning & development activities across multiple locations throughout the UK. The role will coordinate effective learning and development activities across the organisation, ensuring records are maintained within the key competence management systems employed. Additionally the postholder will provide a first point of contact for ER queries, ensuring the business receive a timely and customer focused HR service.

To be considered for this position, applicants will demonstrate previous experience in an HR / L&D environment, be able to work in a fast paced environment and demonstrate excellent communication or organisational skills.
