The Role 
 
As the Finance Manager, you will oversee our client’ Finance function. 
 
Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll prepare and deliver accurate management accounts and financial information to support strategic decision-making within the business. 
 
Specifically, you will: 
 
- Line manage a Finance Assistant 
- Be responsible for preparing and presenting weekly management information to the senior management team
- Manage payroll processes 
- Oversee credit control activities on a blue chip ledger
- Manage utilities and contractual costs 
- Carry out profitability analysis 
- Assist the Sales and Admin Team with invoicing 
 
About You 
 
To be considered as a Finance Manager, you will need: 
 
- To be a part or fully qualified accountant with at least five years’ experience in a similar finance role 
- Strong credit control management experience 
- Proficiency in financial management systems, such as Xero, Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional time-management and prioritisation skills 
 
Ideally, you’ll have experience of M&A events, but this is not essential.
