Permanent - 40 average per week (24/7) 

The Role
As a High Rise Living Team Leader you will be managing a team of 12 High Rise Living Co-ordinators at two city centre High Rise blocks ensuring that a 24/7 efficient and effective customer and security service is provided to both the Group and residents.

Key day-to-day duties involve supervising, managing and developing the High Rise Living Co-ordinators including monitoring and delegating workloads, managing sickness and absence, undertaking 1:1’s, PDP’s and monitoring and managing performance. 

Skills/Experience Required
To fulfil this role, they are looking for a person with experience in a busy customer care or front of house client facing role ideally with experience in managing a large team.  You will have excellent communication skills both orally, written and electronic which will allow you to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and in varied situations. The successful candidate will also have the ability to build good relationships with a wide variety of people. 

This is a varied role, which requires the successful candidates to be flexible, able to work on their own initiative and be able to stay calm and helpful at all times, even when faced with challenging situations. 

Ideally, you will be possess a Maths & English GCSE’s or equivalent, although this is not essential.
