BS Social Care are recruiting for one of the UK`s leading providers of Social Care, We are looking for two Support Workers to join this highly experienced team, working in the service for an average of 20 years. This speaks volumes for the service users and the stability of the team.
You will be a kind, caring individual with a commitment to learning and developing new skills. Some experience of Learning Disabilities would be beneficial. The role will require you to provide personal care and administer medication. You will manage the daily routine in line with the Care plan and SALT plan. You will have be willing to be trained on new things such as Hoist and PEG feeding and be willing to work out in the community.
The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, confident individual with a good sense of humour. You will enjoy trips out to the zoo, swimming, concerts and theatre. You must have a Driving Licence but no car is required.
Requirements:
- 6 months experience or relevant qualification
- Driver is essential
- Good attitude to caring
Minimum wage £7 contracted for 37 hours per week with overtime available.
