Warehouse Productivity Analyst - A rare opportunity for someone with experience in Warehouse Operations to blend their operational skills with their people management skills to coach and motivate staff to boost both individual and business performance and productivity. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the purpose of this position is to collect, manage and analyse productivity data and to identify opportunity for continuous improvement in work practices. This role will work closely with staff to provide feedback and coach them in efficient working processes.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Collect and review a range of data from existing internal systems in relation to productivity for the operation, team, shift and individual staff members.
  • Review and analyse data to interpret trends and patterns, and logically draw conclusions and facilitate solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Develop action plans to remedy issues or raise performance with SMART goals for team and individuals.
  • Communicate to staff in a variety of mediums including Staff briefing, notice boards and one to one concerning their personal productivity data.
  • Provide practical small group and one to one technique training and coaching for both new and existing staff members.
  • Regularly work in all areas of the Warehouse to maintain and update knowledge of working practices.

The successful candidate will offer the following skills and experience:

  • Experience of a Warehouse environment particularly pick and pack operation.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience of analysing numerical data in a similar role.
  • Excellent communicator both face to face and in written reports.
  • Experience in delivering training and coaching
  • Experience in change management and performance reviews would be an advantage.
