Registered Estate Manager needed to lead and motivate a team to ensure successful service!

You will be reporting back to your Regional area manager about the running of the service, you will be accountable for the day to day operational running of the facility and ensuring that everyone`s needs are met.

Need someone who has experience in managing a pool of people to do different tasks and will be managing the carer`s and who and what they are meant to do for each individual, you will also be leading, inspiring and helping to develop a team. Open minded to change to help support the business as they change and grow. Flexibility is key as time to time you may be needed at different sites to help develop and learn/share the best practice.

You will need to be registered with CQC in order to be able to promote high quality management of domiciliary care. QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Adults) or equivalent, IT competence in Microsoft outlook. DBS check will be funded by them, if not on the update service. 38 hours a week and alternate weekends.
