Transformation Programme Support Officer / Project Management Assistant / Housing
Salary - £28,050 - £31,110
Location – Stafford or Shrewsbury, with travel required between sites
Permanent, 37 hours per week

We are embarking on our transformation programme and we are seeking a Programme Support Officer with the ability to work with all departments across the business, engaging stakeholders at all levels.  You will support the Programme and Project Managers in planning, risks and issue management, reporting and ensuring adherence to the project framework and required governance processes to ensure successful project delivery. You will provide support and advice on programme and project management tools, administrative support in tracking progress and reporting and managing project sites on O365.


We need someone with excellent organisation and interpersonal skills who is a great administrator and can work with a range of teams and managers across the Group to support the delivery of change. You will help to keep projects on track by being flexible and providing support and guidance as requested.
You will have experience of facilitating and supporting organisational change and development, of supporting effective project management and of successfully assisting in the implementation of projects.  You will also have the ability to demonstrate how to continuously improve services as well as a commitment to excellent customer service in all activities.


Due to the nature of the role a full valid Driving License is essential.
