We are looking to recruit either a seasoned Chef de Partie, or Jnr Sous Chef to act as the number two for this small but very quaint hotel that sits at the heart of this popular little market town 10 minutes south of Banbury in Oxfordshire. Part of a small, private owned group this property is very popular with people looking for a base to visit the Cotswold's, or local attractions such as Blenheim Palace.

The menu is all fresh, working to a 1AA Rosette level. This Sous Chef opportunity will see you working around 48 hours per week, with some split and straight shifts required. Along with your Head Chef, you will have full menu control and will look to develop and push the food offering forward at all times. This role will see you working in and helping to lead a team of 6.

The menu is very much British, fresh and seasonal. Due to its location in a busy little market town, there is a real mixture of local and destination diners. With that in mind, the menu does feature some more pub classics, done very nicely as well as the a-la-carte in the main restaurant.

Salary is GBP24,000 + GBP1000 in tips. Accommodation is also available with a small contribution required.
