Sales Advisor

Due to company growth my client is looking to strengthen their presence by introducing an experienced Sales Advisor to join their team based in Lichfield.

Your purpose in this role is to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service standards throughout the store at all times.


Whilst reporting to the Branch Manager your responsibility will include but not limited

* To achieve individual targets set 100% and above
* To support the management and team
* To ensure you follow compliance regulations, policies and procedures in all areas at all times
* To ensure that the brand image is always kept up to date
* To ensure knowledge of all new releases and product are launched
* To run appointments system that allows customers to experience the product and resolve technical queries and follow through repairs
* To help develop sales opportunities
* To seek and develop knowledge of competitor activity
* To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested


You will be a specialist in selling with a proven track record in providing technical, consultative sales and customer service. You will be a self motivator, highly organised with the ability to work within a pressurised environment.

Previous Retail experience is necessary.

Salary is £17,000 per annum with an excellent bonus structure

Monday to Sunday working 5 days out of 7 days. Hours of work 09:00 - 17
