Are you a QA or QC looking for a change and challenge in the food manufacturing industry?
Our client is one of the leading manufacturers in their field and they are growing the team due to the business experiencing excellent upward movement and profits!
You will be responsible for working with the QA Manager including:
• Controlling goods coming into the business to the risk assessed schedule, taking of samples and completion of paperwork.
• Carrying out internal audits to schedule including glass, blades and personal hygiene.
• Monitoring the standards of hygiene, housekeeping, food safety, traceability, allergen management, legality and quality.
• Ensuring the control, quarantine and corrective action of any non-conforming products.
• Helping with monitoring and investigating complaints, returns, weight control issues and metal finds relating to the production factory.
• Helping to organise and assess laboratory testing as required.
• Creating and providing certificates of conformance to customers at the point of despatch
