ROLE DESCRIPTION

We're looking for highly motivated, agile person with experience in business analysis and transfer agency to join us as a management consultant.

In this role you will be an integral part of the project team, working closely with project stakeholders helping them to deliver solutions for our clients that exceed expectations. You'll possess extensive project experience on both the buy and sell sides of the Investment sector and ideally have had exposure to change control, testing and status reporting through work related to system migrations, off-shoring and the outsourcing of operational processes.

Beyond this immediate project, you'll have the opportunity to take up rewarding deployments that are often long term and where working flexibility is afforded. • Business process definition and re-engineering, including change management protocols
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Agile approach to project management
• Fast learner and keen to take on new challenges
• Tools; Excel, Word, Visio, Rufus, UTAS, HP ALM, Powerpoint, SQL, Smartstream SSR, Bloomberg
• Work closely with both the project teams & the relevant business lines to ensure current processes are fully understood and documented
• Meeting with stakeholders to capture detailed requirements considered necessary to deliver on objectives
• Experienced in applying proven methodologies, standards and tools in the preparation of Business Requirement Definitions, User Acceptance Testing, system conversions and implementations.
