ABOUT THE JOB:
You will be required to assist the procurement team in providing efficient and effective administrative support to manage the procurement process for a range of goods and services that provide value for money for FCO services. Work with the finance assistants to resolve any queries. Review group mailboxes, undertake monthly reporting activities. Respond to communications from existing or potential suppliers.

Procurement Administrator £7
The right candidate for this role will have previously worked in an administration role, with strong admin skills.

Essentials for the role

- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work to achieve deadlines.
- Excellent IT skills, Microsoft Excel, word and outlook.
- Ability to work well in a team and as an individual.
- Numerical and analytical skills- able to ensure accurate recording, demonstrate attention to detail.
Previous purchasing experience or working in a procurement role is desirable.
