My client is a great premium branded pub located in the Burford area.

They are looking for a superb Head Chef to lead their kitchen team in this busy restaurant.

This is a very busy site and would suit an experienced head chef from either an independent or fresh food, branded background.

The menu here covers traditional, well prepared pub fare through to some more adventurous dishes.

They are able to offer the right Head Chef a competitive package in the region of 35k including tips and bonus.

The ideal Head Chef Candidate must have:

• The ability to lead a busy service from the front.
• Ability to deal with busy shifts and volume.
• Knowledge of finance procedures, stock taking and scheduling
• Great HACCP knowledge and a track record of EHO compliance and 5* EHO scores
• The ability to lead and develop your team and the Head Chefs of the future.
