A superb opportunity for an Engineering Graduate wishing to get in to Manufacturing Engineering you will be joining a fast growing and leading provider of real time 3D imaging and patient monitoring solutions for radiotherapy cancer treatment.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent Manufacturing / Electronics Engineering Graduate
The Candidate:
This is a hands-on role for an Engineer who thrives on working within a production environment. This person will be pro-active in the introduction of new products as well as maintaining and improving existing products. You will be working alongside the Production Manager supporting with the day to day demands within production. This person can adopt state of the art technologies applied to medium volume production. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent Graduate
Duties and Responsibilities - Graduate Engineer/Manufacturing Engineer:
Electronics, Electro Mechanical Engineering background, this is a hands-on role.
Introducing Change Orders into production ensuring that all aspects relating to manufacture are considered and implemented.
Interface to R&D and Product Realization to ensure manufacturability is a fundamental consideration for new products.
Developing and improving test equipment within production.
Support the Production Manager with day-to-day demands within production.
Support the Production Team Leader to manufacture products when demand exceeds resource.
Creating and improving existing work instructions.
Interface on a technical level with suppliers for non-conforming issues.
Skills, Capabilities and Knowledge - Graduate Engineer/ Manufacturing Engineer:
Essential:
Degree in Manufacturing, Electronics Engineering covering electronics subjects.
Recent Graduate ideally with a relevant industrial placement.
New Product Introduction
Electronics, Electrical, Electromechanical engineering background
Demonstrates a methodical approach to problems.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Ability to interact with people from different cultures and at all levels in organizations
Training will be given for a recent Manufacturing Engineering Graduate
Beneficial:
Demonstrates understanding of a Change Order process.
Demonstrates a hand-on approach to manufacturing.
Experience in Material Requirement Planning.
