Our client a leading provider of residential care are currently looking to recruit a chef de Partie for a newly opened 90+ bedroomed care home that opened at the end of 2017.
They are looking for a high standard of catering provision for high profile residents to the site.
The chef de Partie will Assist the Head Chef and be responsible for managing all food production within the home, and must ensure that high standards and high customer satisfaction are delivered, all kitchen services are efficient, and that the required Health and Safety measures are in place and adhered to within the department. In addition, he or she is responsible for ensuring that food presentation achieves high standards at all times, meeting both customer needs as well as budgetary guidelines.
You will work straight shifts, mainly daytimes on a 5/7 days basis as business dictates.
