There are three main areas of our businesses:
- Firstly, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and specialised services; this involves finding new customers through marketing activities and fulfilling their solution requests. System customisation is carried out and development services to help customers configure their software in order to meet specific needs.
- Secondly, 9-5 support for existing CRM customers via a help desk which responds to queries via phone and email.
- Finally, a Virtual Office which they are looking to expand. Acting as a reception for virtual office clients; this includes taking messages for them and receiving their mail.
The Role:
You will be a hardworking and enthusiastic candidate to join a friendly operations department. As a 1st line support representative, you will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and can take full ownership of their work.
You will be joining the Support team of Agovo with a fantastic opportunity for progression as the team grows; primarily managing queries of existing CRM customers (1st line Support) and assisting the reception / virtual office for incoming phone calls (5% of the time).
As the role will be predominately phone and email based, you will need to be a great communicator with a pleasant phone manner and excellent written English.
Ongoing training and support will be provided to make sure you have everything you need to carry out the work and to enhance your skills and experience.
Responsibilities include:
- 1stLine Support duties
- Learning the CRM system and how to update the data
- Managing queries for existing CRM customers
- Managing client expectations in terms of response time
- Following up with 2nd line support agents
- Escalating queries according to existing procedure
- Virtual Office Administrator duties
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Directing calls to the correct person and accurately passing on messages
Required skills are:
