Great opportunity to join a well established business who continue to go from strength to strength. My client is looking for a well organised competent individual who has a minimum of 5 years working background in administration/ reception an Immediate start is available for the right candidate!
Salary £16,000 to £20,000 per Annam depending on experience
Hours 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday
Holidays 20 days plus statutory bank holidays with further options based on seniority and loyalty
Education O Levels / GCSEs (B in Maths & English) is compulsory
A Levels , preferred but not compulsory
Job Skills:-
Office and Reception Experience required (minimum 5 years)
Excellent organisational skills, high level of attention to detail and conscientious
Competent user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Ability to work to deadlines
Excellent communication skills via telephone, email and in person
Be able to work as part of a team
