Our client is looking for an experienced administrator for the Building Better Opportunities (BBO) contract, to provide high performance administrative and contract management support.

They are delighted to be a key partner in an innovative consortium who has been successful in securing Lottery and European Social Investment Funding for Building Better Opportunities.

Worcestershire Building Better Opportunities has been shaped by the Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership, and the Big Lottery Fund is matching funds from the European Social Fund (ESF) 2014-2020 to invest in local projects tackling the root causes of poverty, promoting social inclusion and driving local jobs and growth.

This success has come from the Worcestershire principal Housing Associations, Redditch Borough Housing and a range of specialist Voluntary Sector Organisations working together to establish the Fusion consortium. Fusion offers managing agents such as the European and UK Government a local solution for national programmes.

You will be responsible for collating evidence to support financial claims for the contract and will maintain processes to provide performance data. You will have experience of working in outstanding teams and have the ability to support delivery partners to meet deadlines and submit accurate paperwork.

High standards and excellent communication skills are essential to working in a high performance driven department.  You will be passionate about making a difference and have the personal and professional attributes to ensure the administration of the project is a success.

This is a challenging post and will require you to be innovative. You will be part of a dedicated team that provides a high quality service and an organisation that is committed to valuing and supporting its employees and the local community.

This post is a fixed term contract to December 2019 and will be funded by the Big Lottery and European Social Fund.
