Food And Beverage Manager

Due to a new opening we are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager for our busy club bar!
For over a hundred years we have consistently provided one of the best presented golf clubs across the Surrey area. With over 6000 acres of land and a prestigious club house to go with it.
We need you, a forward thinking Food and Beverage Manager for our bar and kitchen areas. Leading a team of 12 dedicated members of staff the smooth running club house kitchen areas will be up to you. We cater for a number of events across the golfing season as well as private functions for our exclusive members and we need you to ensure a smooth ship at all times.
The ideal candidate would come with Bar and Kitchen Management and even better if you have experience running facilities at a sports club. If you come from a golf club we`ll probably bite your hand off!!

For this role we require somebody who must be flexible with time and working weekends and have the best fit personality for dealing with staff and clientele.
