Kitchen Porter required!
Essentials:
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptionally well organised & methodical
• A customer focused team player
• Committed to providing ah high quality experience
• A positive, friendly & energetic attitude even under pressure
• Adaptable & flexible
Duties including:
• Completion of duties in and around kitchen/service areas to ensure health, safety & hygiene standards of the highest levels are maintained
• To transport all food items, cleaning materials and laundry from the delivery area to kitchen store/preparatory rooms
• Responsible for cleaning of cleaning areas including bins, walls, hot plates, kitchen equipment, delivery areas, storage rooms etc
• Checking of all stock
• To fully understand & comply with statutory health, hygiene & safety and quality standards including COSHH & HACCP. Ensure all procedures are carried out in accordance with these rules.
PAY: GBP7.83 per hour
HOURS: Shifts TBC
50-55 hours per week
Mondays off (restaurant closed)
LOCATION: Brentwood/Chelmsford
JOB TYPE: Permanent
Start Date: Immediate
