This Clinical Negligence role will appeal to Flexi, part-time and full-time Solicitors who are newly qualified / NQ to approximately 2 years PQE. Work on claims in excess of GBP35,000,000.

Following the successful employment of a Clinical Negligence Solicitor last year, this highly reputable team is expanding once again. You will be joining a division ranked in the top tier for Defendant Clinical Negligence in both Chambers and Legal 500. As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be working with clients that include the NHS Resolution, NHS Healthcare clients, independent hospital groups and practitioners. Dexterity and autonomy are key, depending on PQE you will be managing your own cases, defending claims ranging from values of GBP20,000 up to GBP40,000,000 both pre-litigation and in litigation covering the full range of clinical negligence issues including, surgical, obstetric, orthopaedic and psychiatric.
