My client is a leading not for profit organisation based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, who are looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join their successful HR team. In this role you will provide high quality human resources advice and support to staff at all leves and support organisational-wide projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• To provide human resources advice and support to Managers and employees
• To contribute to the development and provision of effective HR policies, procedures and practices that support the strategic aims of the business
• To support Managers with complex employee relation casework including disciplinary and grievance cases, performance management and sickness absence management
• To contribute to effective change management solutions
• To deliver HR related training
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR databases to produce relevant management reports
• Ad hoc HR project work
Experience and skills include:
• CIPD qualified or working towards
• Experienced in dealing with disciplinary and grievance cases, performance management and sickness absence management
