NHS - PA Executive (Band 4)

We are looking for an experienced PA Executive to start asap! Our NHS client requires 2 months temporary cover with a Band 4 pay rate and immediate start

You will need to be a clear communicator with excellent people skills and must be able to set and manage your own priorities. Must have the ability to work to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment and be able to develop excellent working relationships internally and externally.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
Experience of providing a high level of admin support in NHS is essential
Experience working in patient focused environment.
Ability to prioritise and manage workload to meet deadlines
Sound IT skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to maintain and respect the need for confidentiality at all times
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
To understand and demonstrate the appropriate need for discretion and confidentiality.

This is a full time temporary role on Band 4 pay scale (£11 to £13 depending on experience) for approximately 8 weeks and required to start as soon as possible.
