Ashley Kate are proud to working in partnership with a leading UK retailer in their search for a HR Administrator. This role is based in Sheffield.
This is a FTC until March 2019 with a view to be extended until September 2019.
Monday - Friday.
This is an exciting role with a main focus to deliver proactive and customer focused HR administrative support to employees and managers. Your day-to-day will also see you:
* Acting as the first point of contact to provide information, advice and guidance in relation to a broad range of HR queries
* Completing new starter and leaver forms
* Assisting with exciting adhoc HR projects
* Recruitment projects including; reviewing job descriptions, advertising job roles internally and externally, give updates to the HR Business Partner in relation to the recruitment progress, inviting applications to selection process and raising and issuing contracts
* Provide full administrative support to the human resources and learning and development team
* Provide advice and support to managers in regards to administration processes
* Note taking in employee relation meetings
The successful candidate will have around 2 years experience in a HR administration role, have up to date knowledge on employment law, experience supporting volume recruitment and a can do attitude. CIPD and experience within the retail industry is very desirable.
